MEET MAFU - THE WHALE WHO COULD NOT SING
Whale-come and meet Mafu the humpback whale! Mafu is a popular Tonganese name, meaning heart.
This particular humpback whale has a huge heart and is sensitive to the other sea creatures slurs. One day he has a chance encounter with a beautiful butterfly that is swept out to sea in a storm, called Papahi, (meaning mischievously smart!), and his life is changes forever...
The unlikely couple go on a great adventure, teaching each other the value of true friendship, self belief and love. The book is aimed at at teaching your little ones to believe in themselves and have the courage to sing out!
And because I love the ocean so much, 5% of everything sold via this website goes towards ocean conservations and humpback whale projects.

“She’s obsessed! I’ve ordered a frame for your picture as well - she couldn’t understand that you painted it ... she just thought it was a pic like in the book, like we had cut it out! She is utterly in awe! X”
OLIVIA, WEST WITTERING
"Thank you 🙏 this is just amazing 🤩 I need to listen to this every night for me to relax! Halle was quite mesmerised when I first played it to her last night ❤️ she put her hand on her heart to feel the heart beat too! xx"
Eva wants a painting of the map from the book! And Jack wants the turtle. They’ve been taking about it everyday 🤣🤣🤣 Eva’s been sleeping with a copy of your book at the end of her bed 🙌
